Touch Rugby with Wara and Ben We played touch rugby. You can pass the ball side to side or back but not forward. You have to get the ball and touch the other people's side on the ground between the two posts. If someone tags you, you freeze. Then you get the ball and roll it under your legs and one of your players will grab it and go run. To get the ball off the other team you have to try and steal their pass. The skills you need for touch rugby are running, dodging, passing, catching and helping your team. |
